제목 Highly stable silicon oxide-mesoporous TiO2 perovskite solar cells
초록 Now days organometallic halide perovskite solar cells have lot of attention due to low cost, high efficiency photovoltaic technology. There are lot of optimizing technique for high efficiency perovskite solar cell like perovskite layer morphology, composition, interfaces and charge collection efficiency. In this work we used silicon oxide-mesoporous TiO2 as an electron transfer layer synthesis via sol-gel method. The silicon oxide improved charge collection and charge recombination of mesoporous TiO2. As a result, highly efficient and stable silicon oxide-mesoporous TiO2 perovskite solar cells with power conversion efficiency of 15.30% with an improved fill factor of 70%.
