Fabrication and Charactreization of SiO2 Membranes for Microfiltration |
초록 |
SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by a sol-gel process. The average particle size of the colloid was around 50-200nm and well dispersed in the solution. SiO2 composite membranes were fabricated by dip-coating method on a porous alumina support. SiO2 composite membranes showed a crack-free microstructure and narrow particle size distribution even after heat treatment up to 600ºC. The average particle size of the membrane was 50-200nm, and the pore size of SiO2 composite membrane was below 30nm. |
