Synthesis of Novel Liquid Crystalline Epoxy Thermosets Resins and Their Thermal Properties |
초록 |
Liquid crystalline epoxies (LCEs) have been focused as thermoset resins with high thermal conductivity. In this work, we synthesized novel LCE series by combining mesogenic moieties and alkyl spacer groups into diglycidyl terephthalate. Mesomorphic properties of the LCE series were estimated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM), and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). We optimized the curing conditions of LCEs and evaluated their thermal conductivities of cured LCEs. At the poster section, we will focus more detailed characterization of LCE series and their thermal properties of cured LCEs. |
