PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) were polymerized at 80’C (48H) and 50(12H)-60(12H)-70(12H)-80(12H)’C respectively. The optical properties of PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) λmax at 546~567nm in CB solution and at 576~579nm in thin film state. These polymers indicated same optical band gap (Egopt) at 1.86 eV. PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) indicated more red-shift absorption spectrum in both solution state and thin film state then PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃). Because, PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) had more regioregular orientation then PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃). In cyclic voltammetry (CV), HOMO and LUMO energy level of these polymers showed. PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) showed HOMO energy level of -5.43, -5.45eV and LUMO energy level of -3.57eV, -3.59eV, respectively. PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) PCE of 5.73,5.26%, a Voc of 0.74, 0.74V, a Jsc of 11.18, 10.01(mA/cm2), a FF of 0.69, 0.71%. |
