제목 Negatively charged porous layers for stable aqueous zinc metal anodes
초록 Aqueous zinc anodes featuring high safety, high volumetric capacity, low voltage, and low cost have collected a number of interests, however, their limited reversibility caused by the dendritic growth hindered their practical high-capacity application. Herein, we develop a negatively charged porous layer as the zinc metal hosts, in which dendrite-free uniform zinc deposition is induced. Surface conduction via negative charge on the pore walls with uniform pore structures facilitate fast and uniform Zn2+ ion transport, which effectively restrain the formation of zinc dendrite and also decrease voltage hysteresis for zinc plating/stripping. The introduction of negatively charged porous layer leads to a considerably improved cycling stability even at an ultrahigh current density (10 mA cm-2) and areal capacity (5 mA cm-2).
