제목 Elimination of acetaldehyde stream by application of porous materials and activated carbon materials into cabin air filter
초록 Since the threshold concentration of acetaldehyde in cigarette smoke or vehicle exhaust gases to be recognized by human is quite lower to less than 1 ppm, an effective elimination technology is needed for the application to cabin air filter industry. Even though many combination filters in the market are claiming both reduction of dust and deodorization of unpleasant smell, acetaldehyde in the gas stream is much difficult to be eliminated. We have studied to maximize the acetaldehyde elimination from the gas stream. Newneedle punching process was investigated for filter manufacturing process. The filter test has been performed in2.5m3 stainless chamber.
