Enzymatic synthesis of diamine compounds |
| 초록 |
Aliphatic diamines are widely used as chemical reagents for monomers of polyamides. They can be made in metabolism of microbes by decarboxylases. In this study, we applied highly sensitive derivatization methods to monitor diamines and their substrates, and made enzymatic reaction to make several important diamines. This will be one of the sustainable methods to make diamines from renewable sources. |
