제목 3차원 배열된 Al2O3-(m-ZrO2)/t-ZrO2 복합체의 미세조직 제어와 물성평가
초록 To fabricate fibrous Al2O3-(m-ZrO2)/t-ZrO2 composites, oxide ceramic powders were homogeneously mixed with binder (ELVAX 210,250) using a shear mixer. Using this mixture, tube and rod types were made and were assembled together concentrically as feed rod. Using this feed rod, the 3rd passed filaments were obtained by extrusion process. To make the 3-dimensionally arrayed bodies, 4th passed filaments having 1 mm in diameter were used. In order to understand the effect of dimensional array on the mechanical properties, the 4th passed filaments were arranged with 3-dimensional array by stacking and warm pressing. Binder burn-out of dense bodies were carried out at 700℃ under flowing nitrogen atmosphere and then sintered at 1500 ℃. Microstructure and materials properties of 3-dimensionally arrayed Al2O3-(m-ZrO2)/t-ZrO2 composites were investigated using SEM, TEM and UTM.
