With increasing interest on textile-based wearable electronic devices, there exists a critical need for the development of stretchable and elastic conductors directly patternable on a fabric. Although PEDOT:PSS have been successfully used in cutaneous applications with biocompatibility, rheological properties need to be modified for direct integration with textile because of its high permeability into the textile. In this work, we report facilely “drop-on-textile” patternable PEDOT:PSS composite ink. Water-based PEDOT:PSS composite ink containing graphene derivative and modified polyurethane was not absorbed after dropping on the linen with high water permeability, which allowed direct patterning of PEDOT:PSS on the fabric. We confirmed that the proposed PEDOT:PSS composite was highly stretchable and showed good bending and humidity stability. Interestingly, the resistance of the composite pattern maintained even after repeated washing process with a strong-oxidant-based detergent. |
