제목 Effects of graphenes incorporated on the working electrode on the performance of all solid-state dye sensitized solar cells
초록 Since the introduction of the photosensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 electrode, dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have become a low cost alternative to the conventional p-n junction solar cells. All solid-state DSSCs with 4,4',4''-tris[phenyl(m-tolyl)amino]triphenylamine as a hole transporting material were fabricated, and their photovoltaic properties were investigated. When the mixture consisting of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and graphene was coated on the working electrode, an all solid-state DSSC showed a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 1.013%, resulting from 2.632 mA/cm2 of the short-circuit current (Jsc), 0.556 V of the open-circuit voltage (Voc) and 69.20% of fill factor (FF). On the other hand, a reference device without graphene recorded a photovoltaic performance of 1.623 mA/cm2 for the Jsc, 0.576 V for the Voc, and 63.59% for the FF, which led to a PCE of 0.595%.
