제목 Synthesis of Size-Controlled 2D Single-Crystal Copper Nanosheets
초록 2D single-crystalline copper nanosheets (Cu NSs) are synthesized by a hydrothermal method. The size and shape of the 2D Cu NSs was systemically controlled by adjusting the amount of reductant, stabilizer, and additive. From the image analysis of the synthesized copper nanosheets under controlled conditions, it is found that surface energy control using stabilizer control and either slowing down the atom addition process using reducing agent control play an important role in controlling the size of copper nanocrystals. The Cu NSs with a size of 1.3-17.5µm are synthesized through the control of the  amount of additive. The Cu NSs with a size of 7.8-19.5µm are successfully synthesized through the control of the  amount of stabilizer. We also identity the effect of amount of reducing agent that the Cu NSs with a size of 1-19.5µm are synthesized exhibiting additional polyhedral structures. The Cu NSs proves their feasibility as a potential conductive filler for metallic conductive film, exhibiting very low sheet resistance (0.03 Ω □−1) and a high Electromagnetic interference shielding near 60dB. We also found that the electrical property of Cu NSs was maintained up to 18 months under ambient conditions at room temperature and showed negligible changes after thermal annealing at 200°C for 1 hr. These findings suggest that our Cu NSs can be applicable for promising conductive filler and open a new path to study of 2D metallic sheets for practical electronic applications.
