Effect of aqueous electron mediators on continuous N2O gas removal at room temperature: An electrochemical and electroscrubbing analysis |
| 초록 |
The electrochemical method facilitated removal of many air pollutants at room temperature and we are pioneer in air pollutants removal by electroscrubbing process. In continuation of many air pollutants removal, N2O removal was analyzed through different electrogenerated mediators. A combination of mediator precursors such as [Ni(II)(CN)4]2-+[Fe(II)(CN)6]4-, [Ni(II)(CN)4]2-+[Fe(III)(CN)6]3-, [Co(II)(CN)5]3-+[Fe(III)(CN)6]3-, and Ni[Co(II)(CN)5]1- were used in removal of N2O gas. The reaction between N2O and different mediators was checked by cyclic voltammetry (CV) analysis. The results of CV was correlated with results obtained electroscrubbing process by online FTIR gas analyzer. |
