제목 Nanostructure development of Cross-linkable Block Copolymer Films
초록 The thermal deprotection of the tert-butyl ester linkage to acrylic anhydride is one of the useful thermolysis reactions showing auto-accelerated behavior. In recent years, block copolymer self-assembly forming the spontaneous nanostructure has attracted important attention due to a wealth of potential applications. Here, we investigated nanostructure evolution in block copolymer films integrating with this linkage in one block, polystyrene-b-poly(tert-butyl methacryltate) (PS-b-PtBMA), by in-situ grazing incidence small angle x-ray scattering (GISAXS), which enables us to analyze nanostructures. With increasing reaction time, GISAXS patterns finally showed nanostructure by forming acrylic anhydride in block copolymer films. Time and molecular weight dependence on structure evolution will be discussed.
