제목 Fabrication and characteristics of thin film supercapacitors for flexible energy storage
초록 Thin film supercapacitors have developed for rechargeable energy storage devices of the portable electronics. Here, we have fabricated a large areal thin film supercapacitor with the electrode dimension of 10 x 10 cm2. The moderate areal capacitance of ~10 mF/cm2 and superior long-term thermal stability for 2,000 hours under 60℃ were achieved. The total thickness of a packaged device was ~300 μm. In the mechanical flexibility test, there was no change in the capacitance of the device after 1000 bending cycles with the bending radius of 10 mm.
