Study on electrochemical property of conducting polyaniline/graphene nanosheet composites as electrode materials of supercapacitor |
초록 |
Conducting polyaniline and graphene nanosheet (PANI/GNS) composite are synthesized by polymerization of aniline monomer and graphene. Improved electrochemical property of the PANI–GO electrode could be due to many active sites for the deposition of polyaniline provided by large surface areas of graphene nanosheets and the synergistic effect between polyaniline and graphene. PANI/GNS composite verified the better performance than using PANI and GNS respectively. Therefore, PANI/GNS composites were displayed high electrochemical performances as supercapacitor electrode material. The morphology of PANI/graphene nanosheet composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transition electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Electrochemical properties were characterized cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 1M H2SO4 electrolyte. |
