초록 | From the analysis of genome sequence, various cellular information can be obtained. Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a microorganism that has a small size of genome and specific characteristics. Due to the difficulties in culture and genetic manipulation, in silico analysis of metabolic pathway analysis can give clues to the physiology of this microorganism. From the 816Kbp genome, 84 enzymatic reactions were obtained. Metabolic pathways were represented as a graph. Comparison of the metabolic pathways to the reference data reveals the specific characteristics of the microorganism. |
