Heterogeneous Rutheniun-2D-Graphene Catalyst for Selective Oxidation of Primary Amines to Nitriles in Air and at Moderate Temperature |
초록 |
A heterogeneous catalytic system was developed by impregnating ruthenium on graphene (Ru-2DG) made by the chemical exfoliation method. The Ru-2DG catalyst showed high selectivity and conversion for primary amine oxidation at aqueous medium at 1 atmosphere pressure and 50℃. In this system, amines were easily converted to imines followed by producing nitriles through double oxidative dehyrogenation. Few amount of diamine and aldehyde were obtained during the reaction as byproducts. Since the primary amine oxidation showed high conversion and selectivity to nitrile under decent conditions of temperature, pressure and solvent, this study is useful with the view point of green chemistry as it can minimize the use of hazardous chemicals. |
