| 제목 | Heavy metal adsorption using the Bacillus subtilis spore display system expressing His6 tag |
| 초록 | For the removal of environmental toxic heavy metals, we tried the surface expression of metal binding motif, His6, on the surface of Bacillus subtilis spore. We used, as an anchoring motives, CotE, CotG, CotY, CotZ, CotX protein and His6 tag was added at the C-terminal of each anchoring motif. The spore surface expression of His6 tag was confirmed by flow cytometry using FITC labelled anti-His6 antibody. Heavy metal adsorption by recombinant spores were measured by atomic absorption analyzer. |
