In this work, we have been demonstrated on how to improve the performance of donor-acceptor organic solar cells using by optimized nanomorphology and controlled nanostructure. First of all, a patterned conducting IZO film with well-ordered periodic dot-structures with 50 nm deep features has been successfully constructed by simple imprinting technique as the anode of a device. Furthermore, bilayers active film with a concentration gradient has been fabricated via sequential solution processing. The concentration gradient has been confirmed by the Auger spectroscopy. The novel device with intermixing zone of donor and acceptor exhibits an enhanced current density (JSC) and efficiency compared to those of the BHJ. Moreover, we present here the results of several positive effects that arise from the addition of Au nanoparticles and graphene oxide in BHJ photovoltaic cells. |
