| 제목 | Effect of beam irradiation on the GDC electrolyte |
| 초록 | The effects of ion beam irradiation on the Gadolinium-doped ceria (GDC) pellets have been investigated using SEM, XRD and UV-Vis. GDC had been irradiated at room temperature with H or Xe ions. The ion energy was 120 keV and the fluence was in the range of 1*1015 ~ 1*1017 ions/cm2. The results of SRIM calculations was also presented. |
