제목 Effect of solvent and lipid composition on the properties of hydrated liquid crystalline vesicles
초록 Hydrated liquid crystalline vesicles are prepared through hydration of solvent-dissolved lecithin and then dispersion of hydraton-induced liquid crystalline phase into excess water phase. The changes in structure and property of hydrated liquid crystalline vesicle with the constituent composition were investigated. Anisotropy and fusion enthalpy values of liquid crystalline phase were measured and the relation between their values and the properties of vesicle was analyzed.
