제목 | The relationship between the physical and electrochemical properties of silicon alloys through the study of ternary alloys. |
초록 | Silicon(Si) has been considered as one of the most promising material of anode due to high gravimetric and volumetric capacity. However, despite these advantages, there are various problems such as volume expansion. Active/Inactive matrix methods is possible to improve the disadvantages. In this study, Si-M-M’(M: Ni,Cr / M’: Ti,Fe,Al) ternary alloys were prepared with the same amount of Si by the melt spinning technique. The phase of ternary alloy was confirmed by XRD. The distribution of Si and inactive matrix through the microstructure were observed by HR-TEM in combination with EDS and SAED. In case of electrochemical properties were verified by the electrochemical test of fabricated coin cells. Also, using the dilatometry checked the expansion of the electrode. We investigated the relationship between physical and electrochemical properties and the effect of additive elements. It is expected that our results will be an indicator for the design of the multi element silicon alloy. |
