Synthesis of metal nanoparticles immobilized in the nanoporous covalent network films for catalytic membrane reactor |
초록 |
We prepared metal nanoparticles loaded on the nanoporous covalent network films for catalytic membrane reactor. Colloidal dispersions (sols) were produced by polymerization of tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The sols were blended with polyethylene glycol to form the mixtures of covalent networks. Bicontinuous covalent films were made by casting the mixtures onto the glass plate followed by evaporation and used as catalyst support. We performed the structural characterization of metal nanoparticles loaded on the nanoporous covalent network films and catalytic activities were investigated in the organic transformation reaction in two different reaction modes: batch reaction and continuous flow reaction. |
