제목 A Study on Thermal Conductivity of Electrolessly Ag plated MWNCTs reinforced Epoxy Matrix Composites
초록 In this work, MWCNTs were electrolessly Ag-plated in order to investigate the effect of metal plating on the thermal conductivity of Ag-plated MWCNTs-reinforced epoxy matrix composites. The surfaces of MWCNTs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The thermal conductivity of the composites was measured with a ThermoCon Tester M100. From these results, the higher Ag content on the MWCNTs of the Ag-plated MWCNTs/epoxy composites showed a better thermal conductivity.
