In this work, the effect of plasma and electrolessly metal-plating of pitch-based carbon fibers (CFs) was studied in the contant of NOx and SOx adsorption. Surface properties of the CFs were determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. N2 adsorption isotherms at 77K were investigated by BET and BJH methods to characterize specific surface areas and pore volumes of the CFs. The NOx and SOx removal efficiency was confirmed by gas chromatographic technique. |
