제목 | Uniform Molecular Imprinted Polymer by Precipitation Polymerization |
초록 | Generally, MIPs are prepared in the form of macroporous monolith then ground, sieved and floated in solvent to obtain the approporate particle sizes. This procedure is time-consuming, low yield producing, irregular and heterogenous. Uniformly sized particles have been made by suspension polymerization and seed polymerization or multi-step swelling process. The limits of the above methods are either requiring use of special dispersing phases/surfactants or too complicated. Precipitation polymerization method, which was high in yield, easy to handle and showed specific binding sites to the target molecules, for preparing uniform MIPs microspheres has been reported. Here we present a new work of microgel spheres prepared by precipitation polymerization method with caffeine as the imprinted molecule By Scatchard analysis, the dissociation constants(KD) and the maximum binding capacity of the imprinted microgel spheres were KD=1.84´10-4mol/L, Qmax=16.98mmol/g for high affinity binding site and KD=1.33´10-3mol/L, Qmax=46.84mmol/g for lower affinity binding site, respectively. |
