제목 | Effect of Si content of SAPO-42 on the Methanol-to-Olefins (MTO) Reaction |
초록 | Silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO) molecular sieves attracted much attention because of their characteristic properties in catalysis and adsorption. SAPO-42 microporous material possesses LTA topology consisting d4r and lta cage. It also has high thermal stability and large surface area up to 600m2/g. In this study, SAPO-42 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with mixing phosphoric acid, alumina, diethanolamine and tetramethylammonium fluoride as well as UZM-9 zeolite used as both silica source and seed here. At the same time, the four samples were synthesized in a range of Si/(Si+Al+P) ratios. MTO reaction was carried out with a fixed-bed reactor at 400 oC with WHSV=1.2 h-1. |
