제목 Fabrication and characterization of polyaniline nano-film prepared by vapor-phase polymerization
초록 High molecular weight polyaniline(PANI) has emerged as one of the most promising conducting polymers, because of its excellent chemical stability combined with respectable levels of electrical conductivity of doped or protonated materials. PANI have been extensively studied during the past, and they still remain the subject of investigations by many scientists all around the world. In general, it has been known that PANI can be synthesized by either an oxidative chemical or electro-chemical polymerization of monomer in liquid phase.
In this study, we succeed the preparation of nano-level thick PANI films on plastic substrate chemically by vapor deposition polymerization using self-assembly method for the first time. The thin conductive films were uniformly fabricated between 20-100nm, there surface resistance was enhanced until to 104 ohm/squre. we shown that the very compact PANI nano-films having the polycrystalline microstructures of the several pattern, which high electrical conductivity, grown on the substrate film. These PANI nano-films of conductive polymer prepared by VDP method exhibited excellent electro-conductive and optical properties that are sufficient to be applied to organic opto-electronic films for FPDs.
