Synthesis of organic network nanoparticles and their surface functionalization |
초록 |
Core-shell nanoparticles were synthesized by functionalization of organic network nanoparticles with mPEG-succinimidyl succinate. Organic networks are prepared by reaction of amine and isocyanate monomers with tetrahedral geometry in solution. The concentration of monomer is controlled below critical gelation concentration to form sol state. Because of hydrophilic PEG shell, the core-shell nanoparticles are well dispersed in DMF.
