제목 NO and SO2 Removal in Dielectric Barrier Discharge Reactor Packed with Glass Beads-TiO2 Thin Films Coated by PCVD Process
초록 We analyzed the NO and SO2 removal in the dielectric barrier discharge reactor packed with TiO2coated glass beads.The non-thermal plasmas for NO and SO2 removal were generated by dielectric barrier discharge with glass beads as a dielectric material.Glass beads were coated with TiO2 thin film by using rotating cylindrical plasma chemical vapor deposition (PCVD) reactor.NO and SO2 removal efficiencies obtained in non-thermal plasma reactor packed with TiO2-coated glass beads were higher than those with uncoated glass beads.NO and SO2 removal efficiencies become higher, as applied peak voltage, pulse frequency and residence time increase, or initial NO and SO2 concentrations decrease.
