제목 Differentiation and Proliferation of BMSCs in Co-culture with SCs on Silk /PLGA Films
초록 Schwann cells (SCs) play a crucial role in neurodegenerative and regenerative processes. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are important progenitor and supporting cells that have the intrinsic ability to self-renewal and differentiate into multiple functional cells. In this study, we investigated the differentation BMSCs through co-culture system with SCs on natural/synthetic hybrid PLGA film included 10% of silk (silk/ PLGA). SCs and BMSCs separated by permeable microporous membrane. Control groups used pure SCs and BMSCs. Cell proliferation seeded into the films were assayed by MTT test. Differentation BMSCs stained immunochemical staining. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was assessed to measure mRNA expression for NF and p75 in BMSCs co-cultured with SCs. We confirmed proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs to SCs on silk/PLGA Films. This research was supported by WCU (R31-20029) and SCRC (SC4110)
