When we use lithium secondary battery on high power for electric cars and energy storage devices, there is several problems with reducing available energy. These problems influence cell life, stability and energy efficiency. In order to solve this problem we develop a completely new type of lithium secondary battery to clear the interfacial resistance between electrode and electrolyte. In this study, we introduce the polythiophene(PTh) derivative into solid polymer electrolyte(SPE). For this, 3-alkoxythiophenes are applied, because PTh has a lack of polar elements compared to conventional SPE materials and bad processing property by attraction between molecular chains. Then this study focused on the electrochemical property of poly(3-alkoxythiophene) based SPE on its alkoxy chain length. And the characterization of poly(3-alkoxythiophene) based SPE was done by means of FR-IR, 1H NMR, impedance analyzer and linear sweep voltammetry. |
