Up to now, utilizingsemi-transparent perovskite solar cell into our daily life faced tremendousobstacle due to inherent toxicity caused by lead. To overcome this, lead-tin alloy perovskite has received wide attractionfor astonishing candidates for semi-transparent solar cell applications. To reducethe intrinsic unstable nature of tin, we adopt 2-dimensonal Ruddlesden-Popper trihalideperovskite that caneffectively suppress rapid degradation of the thin lead-tin alloy perovskite. Furthermore,we modulate concentration of precursor to achieve optimal average transparencyin visible range. We confirms that even reduced the thickness of perovskite films, crystallinity and optical properties arestill remain unchanged. As a result, the thickness optimized semi-transparent device achieved an efficiency of 5.29 % withopen-circuit voltage (VOC) up to 0.62 V with average transmittancefrom 400 nm to 800 nm 29.79%. |
