제목 Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance and Hysteresis-Less of Encapsulated Perovskite Solar Cells at 253 K Operating Condition  
초록 The methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3)-perovskite solar cells (PSCs) was fabricated based on solution-processed sol-gel based on ZnO with device structure of ITO/ZnO/MAPbI3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag. Based on the J-V measurement, the power conversion efficiency was significantly improved from 13.36 up to 14.48 % with decreasing of temperature from 298 K to 253 K primarily due to the increment of short-circuit current density and open-circuit voltage. The enhancement of photocurrent is related to the high charge carrier mobility and shorter electron transport lifetime at lower temperature. Interestingly, similar trend of device performance was observed even without electron selective contact which indicate that the origin of improvement is more likely from the MAPbI3 layer. In addition, the degree of hysteresis decreases as temperature cooled down to 253 K is mainly attributed by the “frozen” of poling (applied external field) process as evidently observed by transient chronoamperometry.
