This work focused on the preparation of dual nanofiber which consists of core and clad structure by electrospinning with dual needle. The core was carbon black(CB) dispersed PMMA, and the clad was Polyamide 66. The nanoparticle of CB was used for conductive material preparing electric nanowire. The CB-filled PMMA conductive nanofibers were too brittle, therefore high strength polyamide-66 was used as clad insulation. The hollow polyamide 66 nanofiber was also prepared by extraction of PMMA. The morphology was investigated by SEM, TEM and Optical microscopy and electric properties were measured with resistance & conductivity test system. |
