제목 Biodegradable thermo- and pH-responsive hydrogels based on amphiphilic polyaspartamides for biomedical applications
초록 we report the synthesis and characterization of novel amphiphilic PHEA derivatives and the crosslinked gels whichpossess biodegradability anddual stimuli-responsive, i.e., thermo- and pH-responsive, properties. The LCST of the polymers was varied by changing both the graft composition and pH in aqueoussolution. The crosslinked gels showed a responsive swelling behavior and microporous morphology changing by both temperature and pH of medium. The hydrolytic degradation of the hydrogel was also investigated. These novel stimuli-responsive polymers and gels have potentials in various biomedical applications.
