제목 Ring-opening Polymerization of Propylene oxide by using nano-sized Zn-Co Prussian Blue Complexes
초록 Polymerization of propylene oxide (PO) have been carried out by using nano-sized double metal cyanide catalyst prepared by reacting ZnCl2 and K3[CO(CN6)] in the solution of protected by poly tetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) as a protectiong polymer. For obtaining favorable catalyst activity, the organic complexing agents such as t-butanol is employed. By controlling the amount of the complexing agent during the preparation of catalyst catalytic activity, initialtion time, unsaturation level and OH value in polyether polyols could be tuned. The results show that the polyether polyols catalyzed by these nano-sized DMC catalysts are of ultra low unsaturation(0.001~0.004 meq/g), high molecular weight(6531~7331), low viscosity (8 72~1080cP), narrow molecular distribution (MWD:1.22~1.26) compared with the polyether polyols catalyzed by traditional DMC catalysts.
