제목 Synthesis and characterization of soluble copolyimides
초록 The hydroxyl-containing fully aromatic soluble copolyimides based on 2,2-bis(3,4’-dicarboxyfluoropropane) (6FDA), 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxylphenyl)-hexafluoropropane (AHHFP), and 4,4'-Oxydianiline(ODA) were prepared by chemical imidization method with different AHHFP/ODA ratio. With increase in ODA content, the dielectric constants and the thermal stabilities of polymers were increased. In contrast, the solubility and the residual stresses were decreased. Morphology of copolyimides studied by Prism-Coupler and XRD(X-ray diffractometer) shows chain packing was increased by increasing ODA content.
