제목 Rationally Designed Donor-Acceptor Random Copolymers with Optimized Complementary Light Absorption for Highly Efficient All-Polymer Solar Cells
초록 All-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs), with the advantages of superior light absorption and endurances, are highly promising alternatives to conventional fullerene-based PSCs. Indeed, most of the high-performance all-PSCs reported to date overlap with the light absorption region of polymer donor and acceptor, which limits the efficiency of all-PSCs. Herein, we report a systematical investigation of complementary absorption with a series of random copolymers and polymer acceptor P(NDI2HD-T2) for highly efficient all-PSCs. By controlling the molar ratio of the electron-rich BDTT and electron-deficient TT-F units, a series of polymer donors with BDTT:TT-F ratio of 1:1 (P1), 3:1 (P2), 5:1 (P3), and 7:1 (P4) are developed. The synthetic polymer donors lead to precise control of light absorption properties. All-PSCs are fabricated from these polymer donors, and the P3:P(NDI2HD-T2) device achieves the highest power conversion efficiency of 6.81 % due to the most complementary absorption.
