제목 Heating behavior of ferromagnetic Fe particles embedded thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive film by induction heating
초록 Thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive (TPU) was prepared by addition of various sizes of Fe particles and then heating behaviors in terms of particle size, contents, adhesive film thickness and output power was examined by induction heating. The temperature of Fe particle added TPU film was increased by induction heating and their heating rate and maximum temperature was different in terms of experimental parameters such as particle size, contents, adhesive film thickness and output power. As results, the higher heating rate was monitored with larger size of Fe particle, higher contents of Fe particle, thicker film thickness and higher output power of induction heater.
