Synthesis and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane with Sulfopropylated Polypropyleneglycol-α,ω-Diamine |
| 초록 |
Solvent-based polyurethane is being restricted in their traditional applications, in many countries due to the environmental regulations. Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was dispersed in the aqueous phase by neutralization emulsification. Waterborne polyurethane was electrostatically stabilized with carboxyl group and sulfonate group incorporated into their particles, which were neutralized by TEA(triethylamine). However, waterborne polyurethane is vulnerable to the gradual hydrolysis of the carboxyl group and sulfonate group. In this work, waterborne polyurethane was prepared from polyester polyol, H12MDI, DMPA and SP(sulfopropylatedpolypropyleneglycol-α,ω-Diamine). Some mechanical properties of cast films obtained from WPU were evaluated. |
