제목 Photo-immobilization of BMP-2 via Phosphonated UV-Curable Low Molecular Chitosan on a Titanium Surface for Medical Applications
초록 The main purpose of this study is consequently immobilized growth factor and coating on titanium surface by using the phosphonated UV-cuable low molecular chitosan. The structure and coated state of final products were confirmed with FT-IR and 31P-NMR. The cytotoxicity test, micropatterning and FITC-BSA was performed to check biocompatibility, protein immobilized respectively. From the protein release experiment, we checked that protein release and its rate could be controlled. The immobilized growth factor and release effect were identified by ALP assay, Ca+ assay.
