제목 High mobility method Carbon Nanotubes Network/Block copolymer Thin Film Transistors
초록 SWNT have high mobility in an organic electronic device. SWNT network geometry has been actively studied for conductive device components like electrodes and active layers because such geometry can avoid inconsistency originated from distinct chirality of individual nanotubes when fabricating devices consisting of a single nanotube. Although the existence of metallic nanotubes in the random network brings a low on/off ratio in the FET, SWNT are considered as prospective active materials, due to the possibility of solution processes such as spin-coating. We construct TF-FET using SWNTs network constructed in Block Copolymer matrix as an active layer. SWNTs/Block copolymer Nanocomposite active layers can be easily spin cast from SWNTs dispersion solution stabilized by Block Copolymer micelles, producing thin homogeneous Nanocomposite films. SWNT TF-FET as-cast mobility is 0.0122 but after 380’c annealing for 2 hours and using O₂plasma treatment increase mobility 0.902.
