Global warming is a severe environmental problem that we can not prevent, high temperature in summer has significantly influenced people’s life in recent years. As a result, cooling method, such as air conditioner, means a large amounts of energy consumption. In order to solve this problem, researchers around the world are looking for cooling way with energy saving mode like passive daytime radiative cooling, which is an appealing concept in recent years. It means zero energy cost, so PDRC is an inevitable trend in the future. It is acknowledged that the outer space temperature is much lower than that of earth——a natural cold sink we can take full advantage of to get heat loss. Radiative cooling happened to all the objects, and heat can be transfered to the outer space through atmospheric transparency window(8-13 μm) .Most polymers have absorptivity or emissivity in atmospheric transparency window, among these polymers, Dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate-DPHA has excellent emissivity between 8-13 μm wavelength. Two components existed in sample, solar reflector(Ag) and emitter(DPHA). Ag is deposited through E-beam evaporation, DPHA is cast through spin coating. The light characteristics of sample is analyzed with UV-vis spectrometer and FT-IR. What’s more, outdoor measurement for sample shows radiative cooling property. |
