제목 Characteristics of resistive switching device with layer-by-layer via cortisol and its monoclonal antibody immune-binding
초록 A resistive switching (RS) device using specific immune-binding of cortisol, a stress hormone, and its antibody having monoclonal site has been fabricated. The device was fabricated in a form of ITO/RS layer/Al. Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) were conjugated by cortisol and its antibody respectively, and the correspondent An NPs film was formed by layer-by-layer alternatively sequential depositions. Through specific binding between cortisol and the antibody, electrical charging nodes of the AuNPs were constructed for resistive switching characteristics. The current versus voltage (I-V) measurement successfully exhibited resistive switching characteristic.
