In this study, we prepared to improve dispersion stability of blue pigment (Cu-Phthalocyanine, Cu-Pc) through control the processing factors by salt milling and dispersant BYK-2000 which helps pigment to improve the separation of particles and to prevent settling or clumping. Further, we investigated transmittance, luminance, viscosity and contrast ratio by using hydrogeneated rosin which can interfere with the agglomeration. The morphology, size distribution and crystal structure of prepared blue pigments were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM), particle size analysis (PSA) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). |
