| 제목 | Synthesis and characterization of sulfonated SMS-co-PEGDA ion exchanger by suspension polymerization |
| 초록 | Abstract The sulfonated SMS-co-PEGDA ion exchangers were synthesized by suspension polymerization using sodium methallyl sulfonate(SMS) and poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA). Their chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR spectrometer. The basic properties of sulfonated SMS-co-PEGDA ion exchangers such as water uptake, ion exchange capacity (IEC) were measured by weight measurement, automatic titration, respectively. The degree of sulfonation(DS) for cation exchangers were increased with increasing the ion exchange capacity(IEC) values. The SEM morphology of sulfonated SMS-co-PEGDA ion exchangers were showed the porous and micro sphere structure. |
