The organometal mixed halide (MAPbIx or FAPbIx) perovskites are most promising light absorbing material was sandwiched between electron transport layer (ETL) and hole transport layer (HTL). These two layers play a critical role in boosting the power conversion efficiency (PCE). However, ETL and HTL play key role in regular as well as p-i-n inverted type perovskite solar cells. In this investigation, we studied effect of different morphology, etching time, precursor concentration and nanorod length for secondary processed TiO2 nanostructures for perovskite solar cells using MAPbIx and FAPbIx perovskite absorbing layer with variety of hole transporting materials (HTM). Different aspects for ETL and HTL like surface passivation, etching technique and low temperature synthetic methods have been adopted in order to improve the efficient of mixed-hybrid MAPbI3 + MAPbBr3 PSCs. |
