제목 Structure and Properties of P2O5-V2O5-ZnO-B2O3 glasses.
초록 Glasses in the P2O5-V2O5-ZnO-B2O3 (PVZB) system, were investigated on the thermal properties such as glass transition temperature(Tg), glass softening point(Td) and coefficient of thermal expansion(α), and chemical properties (aqueous durability) in order to determine their applicability as plasma display screen devices and other sealed assemblies requiring the use of Pb-free glass or glass-ceramic sealing materials.  PVZB system glasses have been prepared for Pb-free low temperature glass frit. The system can be used as a sealing material at temperatures even lower than 350℃~400℃. Structure and properties of the glasses with the composition P2O5-V2O5-ZnO-B2O3 were characterized by infrared spectra (IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA), Thermo mechanical analysis (TMA) and weight loss after immersion test.
