We develop the synthesis method of magnetic-SERS-fluorescence nanoprobes (MF-SERS particles) with fluorescent silica. it contain clustered noble metallic NPs, on the superparamagnetic Fe3O4 NPs, silver NPs, and a fluorescent silica layer. The MF-SERS particles exhibited strong SERS signals from the silver NPs as well as both superparamagnetism and fluorescence. The MF-SERS particles were uptaken by cells and an external magnetic field is applied to attract and seperate successfully the particles. In this study, we can see that these signals like SERS and fluorescence could be detected from the NP with cells, and CD44 antibody-conjugated MF-SERS particles selectively targeted MDA-MB-231 cells. MF-SERS particles Based on these properties were demonstrated that to be a useful hybrid nanoparticles for multiple detection and analysis of cancer cells. |
